Our Trading Development & Operations team sits close to the desk and acts as the bridge between trading and development.
We connect traders, engineers, and day-to-day operations to keep the trading environment running smoothly. We support traders with tools, data, and infrastructure, help onboard new markets and instruments, and keep a close eye on risk and exposure. The goal is simple: remove friction so traders can focus on decisions, not logistics.
We work hand in hand with both traders and developers, trader needs are translated into clear requirements, systems are tested properly, and issues are addressed before they turn into problems. Beyond the technical side, we also support trader development through feedback, performance analysis, and coaching — always with the aim of helping traders refine their approach over time.
